Condition is very nice ~ small brown age on waist band ~ very small age wear in areas on petticoat red crochet trim has some wear .. this would be expected for this early piece of rural clothing ..
Measuring 21 3/8” long .. we rarely see early petticoats and we never see small size quilted petticoats coats like this one.
